Project Summary:
Opero Energy designed and fabricated six meter skids for the Phillips 66 Clemens Terminal expansion project. The project included engineering, design, fabrication, assembly, paint, instrument and electrical (I&E), and testing of the meter skids. Fabrication work included nondestructive evaluation, assembly and testing, I&E installation and wiring, pipe fabrication, and steel fabrication.
